Cars

Well, I took Josh to his first movie today. Jake has been to a couple of movies before with Justin and I and with Cookie and Papa, but this was Josh's first venture. Cinemark has a Disney Matinee that they offer periodically, so Jake, Josh and I went to see an encore presentation of Cars. About an hour into the movie, Joshy started saying, "I don't want this movie," "I want to watch a different movie," "I want to go home," "I don't want this movie." Unfortunately, it wasn't like their DVD players in the car and we couldn't change the movie. And, I wasn't leaving the movie, so we endured. Overall, he did great. Jake is a little older and stayed interested a little longer! It was fun. Although, I was amazed that a large coke and small popcorn was more expensive than three movie tickets!!!! I guess that is what Cinemark is counting on.....concession stand money!
