Annual Lake Tyler Trip

We made our annual lake trip to Lake Tyler to "Gigi's Lake" at the end of July. The boys had a blast as always tubing, riding in the boat, fishing, swimming, etc. Jake LOVED fishing. He would have fished all day if he could have. On the first day, Jake did not catch a fish with his fishing pole, he caught one with Josh's, and he said that he wasn't very proud of himself. Too funny. Luckily he caught several the next day with his fishing pole, so he could be proud of himself! Here are A LOT of pictures from our week. Thanks to Gigi, Cookie and Papa for a great week. We cannot wait until next year's trip!

Austin Trip

The fam made a quicky trip to Austin. Daddy went to a wedding while Mommy and the boys just hung out at the hotel. This was the boys first experience at a hotel and they LOVED it! We don't need to take these boys to Disney World, just get a hotel with a pool!! They swam for hours and hours. Jake woke up at 7:00 a.m. one morning and we drug him out of the pool at noon (sorry no pool shots, I wasn't a good photographer on this trip:( ). We got to have lunch with some college friends (again, no pix). Our kids had so much fun together. It was great to see you, Beerman. We will definitely have to make some more weekend, quick trips soon!

Week at Wootie & Jeffro's

The boys got to go to Wootie & Jeffro's for a week in July and attend Granny's school. They had a blast at school and loved the golf course as always! Thanks for the great week Wootie & Jeffro! Here are a few pix from the golf course that Jeffro sent me....

Fourth of July

We had a great 4th of July with dinner and baseball over at the Martin's and then went to the firework show in Van Alstyne. For a small town, it was a great fireworks show! Once again, my pix are in the wrong order, so forgive me. I'll eventually learn!
