July 4th

Fishing, Fireworks, Family, Golf, Golf-cart driving and Swimming. What more could you ask for on a long holiday weekend? Jake got to drive the golf cart by himself this trip (around the neighborhood and golf course), so he thinks he's pretty big stuff! Here are some pictures of our fun weekend at Wootie & Jeffros...

We saddled up and headed to the Saddle Ridge Ranch for Vacation Bible School. The boys had a blast and did great at their performance Friday night. Here are a few pictures from the performance....

ALL-STARS

Jake was one of twelve players chosen to be on the All-Star team. I was so proud of him:) He was the youngest player on the team, but you couldn't tell it by the way he played!! It was a lot of work in the summer heat and a huge commitment! He played catcher , which wasn't his favorite, but he played it well, hustled and played hard. It was a double elimination tournament. We lost the first game, won the second and lost the third by one point:(

Jake, we are so proud of you. It was so fun watching you play baseball this season. Congratulations on making All-Stars. Keep up the hard work: ) We love you!!

Baseball Party

To commemorate the end of the baseball season we had a swimming party complete with trophies:) Jake was nicknamed Lil' Babe Ruth. It was a fun season!

Rough Riders

Memorial Day weekend, we headed to a Rough Riders game with our friends the Hatches. The boys had a blast and the rough riders won! Sorry for the reverse order of the pix!!

When you tell a smart three year old to clean his room and he finishes VERY quickly, always be suspicious!! When I checked under his bed, there were tons of toys;) Good try Joshy!
